In our company, which produces products for the automotive and timber sector, it is our basic principle to determine the customer expectations and desires with our customers and to produce under the management of experienced technical staff.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we are continuously improving our quality system with the participation of our employees in terms of superior quality, reliability, price and lead time of our products.

With the total quality approach, to follow the new technologies, to integrate with the supplier-industry and protect our natural environment is our main goal.

Our goal is to ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction by fully meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.

By making team spirit and teamwork one of the basic elements of our company culture, it is our team's own responsibility to continuously improve our quality in line with the total quality approach, to increase environmental awareness and to give importance to employee training in order to ensure occupational health and safety.

To reduce all wastes arising from our activities as much as possible at the source.

In all processes in our company, in order to ensure occupational health and safety of customers, visitors and employees, we control the environment and OHS risk assessments and minimize risks.

We undertake that all materials used in production and all products we produce comply with current legal requirements.

Environmental Policy

We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities with a sense of responsibility. Our company is obliged to determine and implement all kinds of improvement and development activities that will minimize the environmental impact of its activities. Our company has "ISO 14001 Environmental Management System". We aim to continuously improve with an efficient environmental management system by providing the necessary technical, financial and human resources to reach the principles and targets for the environment at every stage of raw material selection, production and service activities.
We expect our companies to implement best environmental solutions beyond legal obligations and to support any initiative that can help develop and disseminate environmentally friendly technologies and raise environmental awareness.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The organization ensures the safety and security of the employees in the workplace in accordance with the laws and continuously tries to improve it for the improvement of the business environment.
Protective equipment is delivered to the employees considering the working conditions.
With the orientation process, Occupational Health and Safety trainings are given and tested.
Employees are not allowed to work alone with the machines without gaining competence.
In warehouses, products are stacked in accordance with the stacking rules.
Work is carried out in accordance with the rules for lifting heavy objects.
The machines are periodically maintained.
Periodic checks of fire tubes and equipment are performed.
Periodic controls and maintenance of electrical installations, lifting equipment and transportation vehicles are carried out.
Health checks of the personnel who have started to work are carried out and examined by the workplace physician and allowed to start working if passes checks.
Health checks of the employees are carried out at least once every 3 years.
Visitors are given a booklet with general occupational safety rules and protective equipments. After that they are allowed to enter our company.
Work accidents are notified to the Ministry of Labor in accordance with the legal process.
In the company, near miss forms are filled when necessary and precautions are taken to prevent work accidents.
MSDS Cards of the chemicals used in the company are hung in the places where the chemicals are used and the employees are informed.
Emergency teams are established within the company and trainings are provided to teams. (Fire, Evacuation Team, etc.)
Employees' representatives are elected by a vote decision within the company and these representatives become spokespersons for all employees.
Unauthorized persons are not allowed to perform maintenance or repairs.
Subcontractors are not allowed to work in the company without all necessary documents are completed(Official documents, health reports, PPE, risk analysis, etc)
Fire extinguishers are always easily accesible and filled and in front of emergency exit doors are always open and ready for usage.
Employees are informed about the rules within the company and they signed a form stating they will comply these rules.
